Hi everyone. I am the Chiropractic Assistant at Capstone Chiropractic. Currently, I am a Junior at The Pennsylvania State University studying Biobehavioral Health.
I enjoy using my knowledge, interactive, and leadership skills to bring a strong presence into the workplace. I take pride in my leadership position in my fraternity. I also look to be a helpful motivating individual to each patient I work with. I look forward to helping you with your chiropractic exercises, physical therapy, and being a helpful assistant to keep the flow of the office moving well.

Hi, I am one of the Chiropractic Assistants at Capstone Chiropractic. I bring to the team a strong background in exercise science. I am finishing a degree at Old Dominion University. With over four years of personal training experience, I combine my academic knowledge and practical expertise to support patients to achieve optimal health and wellness.
On my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and finding new trails to explore on my morning runs.
